Ensure your learning programs are meaningful and effective by designing for The 5 Moments of Learning Need. This course arms and certifies you with the skills you need to actually make the shift and successfully meet your learners where they need you: on-the-job. The 5 Moments of Need® Academy UK starts a new online course at June 5, 2024.

Transform your mindset from one of training to performance-first. The program's instructional and performance design approach addresses all 5 Moments of Need, when people need to:

  • Apply what they learned
  • Solve a problem
  • Unlearn and relearn because of Change
  • Learn something New
  • Learn More about what they learned
The 5 Moments of Need methodology helps you to:
  • Deliver a 30% - 50% reduction in traditional classroom instruction time
  • Reduce work stoppage time and reduce wasted search time
  • Significantly increase digital resources available to employees while they work – anywhere
  • Improve workforce performance overall
  • Measure and report meaningful business impact

During the program you create a proof of concept (PoC) to directly apply the learning to your own business. This program employs an approach to virtual instructor-led training in which you can achieve outcomes that can surpass traditional face-to-face training. The approach called GEAR - Gather, Expand, Apply, and Review - is a blended method that spreads learning out over time. This allows you to immediately apply what you learn in the context of your own work.

Participants prepare the PoC in the EnABLE Digital Coach designed to support the 5 Moments of Need performance support pyramid.
