Xprtise was asked by the management board of Alrijne Healthcare Group to develop a learning solution allowing nurses to prove their obligatory mastery of medical arithmetic skills. The result was AskAlrijne; a combination of Performance Support Technology AskDelphi and Adaptive Learning technology Drillster. AskAlrijne integrates these two innovative learning solutions together. The performance support element empowers nurses to work more effectively at their moment of need. What the Learning Technologies judges said
The judges are very enthusiastic about the AskAlrijne solution. They said this project mixed performance support and the 5 Moments of Need™ with adaptive and spaced practice. The cycle of teaching, practice and repetition creates a constant circle of learning which is accessible day to day in the workflow. The user interface and mobile access was also well thought through and the solution that can be re-purposed and used in a wide variety of contexts. Early results are very encouraging.
